Our fruit preparations and sauces are made from natural fruit and can either be perfectly smooth or with a chunky texture containing real fruit pieces.
Our range includes compotes, curds, toppings, layers, ripples and injections.
All of our products are batch processed meaning no high pressure and no lengthy pipework is needed, which ensures we maintain good fruit ID.
